All sites include Full hook-up: 20/30/50 amp electrical service, water, sewer, picnic table, fire ring, WiFi and cable. We do not allow tent camping.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR RV SITES
Cancellation Policy:

If a Non-Holiday reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date (31+ days) we issue a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.

Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will receive no refund. Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and will receive no refund.

If cancelling or altering a reservation that encompasses a Holiday or a stay in October, no refund will be given.

There are no refunds for early departures or due to unfavorable weather conditions.
All cancellations must be in writing to cancel@franklinrvpark.com with Cancel in the subject. Phone calls, voicemail and text messages will not be accepted.
GENERAL POLICIES
All rates include 2 adults and 2 children, all additional people $3.00/day.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.
Check-in: 12:00pm, Check-out: 11:00am.
Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
Notice to Campers

Franklin RV Park and Campground is not responsible for any loss of valuables, damages, accidents, or injuries.

Pet bedding and comforters may not be washed in our washers. Please ask directions to the local laundry mat if you would like to wash bulky items.

Camping guests must be 18 years or older to rent an RV site.

Entrance onto campground property constitutes permission to Franklin RV Park and Campground to photograph visitors while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without payment to visitor.
Safety

The speed limit for our park is 5 MPH.

Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed responsibly. Illegal drug use is not allowed anywhere on the campground premises.

Campfires permitted in grills or fire rings only.

All children (under age 16 years) are expected to be at their campsites under adult supervision during quiet hours. Children under age ten (10) years must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Parents are 100% responsible for the actions and safety of their children.

Be Safe! Observe all signs for construction areas and and do not enter workshop area.

No smoking or pets allowed in any of the buildings.

For the safety of our guests, aggressive dogs are not permitted. All dogs must be kept on a 6' leash. No dogs should be left alone in RVs.

Parking on campsite is limited to one camping unit and one vehicle per site.

Camping courtesy in effect 24 hours a day. Please no loud music, profanity, or abusive language.
Pet Policy

All dogs are required to be under the control of their owner at all times. A 6 foot leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s RV. If the leash rule is violated, you may be asked to leave the property with no refund.

Owners of pets must be responsible and immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in pet waste bins located in and around the RV Park.

Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. If your dog is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your dog. You may also be asked to leave the park. There will be no refunds if you are asked to leave.

No pets are allowed inside the rest rooms, laundry room, or pavilion area.

Pet bedding is not to be washed in our washing machines. Please visit the local coin laundry to wash bulky items.
